However, he wasn't the first to unravel this mystery. In fact, this mystery has been discovered decades ago when Da Vinci's painted <the Last Supper>. (Kapiel Raaj's)
In the ancient Roman calendar, March was the first month, therefore Aries is the first zodiac in Astrology.
From Aries on the left to Pisces on the right, we can easily see each person in the painting represent a particular zodiac. The sun is Jesus, which I will go more into detail later. For now
1. Aries (the goat/the lamb).Has a goatie
3. Gemini also known as yin/ yan. - has both of his palms facing out to denote the 2 opposite principles. He also has an arm wrapped around his shoulder because he is the ruler of shoulder.
4. Cancer (the Crab). The way he is holding the knife resembles the crawls of the crab.
5) Leo. The ruler of leo is the sun, which is why he is looking at the sun (Jesus) with a smile. Sun feels the most comfortable in its own sign (which is Leo). The reason why Leo rules the sun in astrology will be explained more in detail below.
6.Virgo. Virgo is also known as Virgin. In this paintings, she has her fingers interlocked and her head tilted down. This submissive, soft, passive behavior is perfect representation of the feminine attributes of Virgo.
7. In the middle is Jesus aka the Sun. The Sun is looking down because after Virgo, it is the season of fall, preceded by Winter. This is the time when harvest season is over and colder temperatures are about to come. It marks the time when the Sun start to appear less frequent.
8. Libra is about the scales, balance and judgement. He has his arms stretched out to represent the scales. 9. Scorpio. One of his fingers is pointed up to show the sting of the scorpion.
10/ Capricorn (the goat). The ruler of Capricorn is Saturn. Saturn is seen as a bad planet in astrology, because it is the opposite of leo in the zodiac and whereever Saturn is placed in the birth chart, it causes limitation in that area. Since Saturn is seen as the worst planet, it is similar to the worst character in the bible which is Satan. Satan is often depicted as a goat because the ruler of Saturn is Capricorn.
11. Aquarius (the water bearer). In the painting, Aquarius seems to beholding a jug of water.
12, Lastly, Pisces is represented by the 2 fishes. In the painting, this is exactly what the man is offering; two fishes.
It is also worth noting that the people in the painting are grouped into 4 categories which correspond to the 4 seasons of the year (3 zodiacs for each season).
Now was Da Vinci just fooling around? no, he wasn't. The bible is based on astrology and I will explain in the next post.

ReplyDeleteEdit: the month of Capricorn (which is ruled by Satan) is the coldest month of the year, opposite of the hottest month of the year which is Leo. This is why Satan is often portrayed as the goat(Capricorn), while Jesus has the description of a lion in the bible "His feet were like burnished bronze, refined in a furnace, and his voice was like the roar of many waters."
